This is an opportunity to see our creative spaces and work up close, plus work will be available for purchase.

For many of us, the "studio begins at the art supply store" where we browse and "imagine all the paintings trapped inside those tubes of paint" (John Ferrie), figures that climb out of blocks of virgin soapstone, and dusty drawings hidden in sticks of charcoal and graphite. We wander about and create, buy our supply, take them home to our studio, and wait."

Often the images reveal themselves through the photos we capture, and we have many. Mine. Hers. The photographs of others. Photos scattered everywhere. A beautiful mess at times that exists as evidence that "the camera is" really "a sketch book, an instrument of intuition and spontaneity." (Henri Cartier-Bresson)

This one of the many ways it can begin, here in the studio.

And just like others, our "studio has a personality of its own. It can be a monstrous" mess "from one end to the other or, at times", within the chaos, it can be "the very model of simplicity." (Harley Brown)
